Inspired by the current exhibition Immortal Apples, Eternal Eggs, this hands-on workshop delves into the art of still life.
Led by artist Christopher James, participants will explore the joys and challenges of capturing everyday objects. Using a variety of intriguing items – such as shells, ceramics, plants, and packaging – you’ll learn to convey textures, materials and forms.
The session will begin with drawing exercises, progressing into painting, developing your skills in observation and representation.
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced artist, this class provides a supportive space to develop your skills and expand your creative expression.
