Our Patrons’ and Director’s Circle members play a vital role in enabling us to bring the very best of modern and contemporary art to Hastings.

Patrons’ Circle
£500+ per year
At least £350 of your payment will help us to deliver workshops, tours and insights for everybody.
What your donation could help us achieve:
- £350 could allow a class of local schoolchildren to participate in a creative workshop
- £550 could pay for a British Sign Language interpreter to attend three gallery events
- £750 could facilitate a season of weekly Early Years events for children aged 0-5.
If you are eligible for Gift Aid, you can add a further 25% to the value of your gift.
To thank you for your support, you will receive:
- All the benefits of gallery membership
- Invitations to private views, exhibition opening parties and other special events
- Exclusive artist/curator talks and tours for selected exhibitions
- Exhibition catalogues sent directly to you (subject to availability)
- Acknowledgement of your support on the Supporters Wall in the gallery
- A dedicated email address and named member of staff as your gallery contact.
Director’s Circle
£1000+ per year
When you join the Director’s Circle, you become part of a community of supporters and develop a closer relationship with Hastings Contemporary, whilst providing truly transformative support. At least £750 of your payment will be used to help us continue forging partnerships with our communities and create unique opportunities for young people to explore art and creativity.
What your donation could help us achieve:
- £1,500 could enable 30 local families* to visit free for a year
- £3,000 could help us deliver three family days for children in hospice care and their siblings
- £10,000 would support our flagship Pearls of the Sea schools programme for a whole year.
If you are eligible for Gift Aid, you can add 25% to the value of your gift.
In recognition of your generosity, you will receive all the benefits of Patrons’ Circle membership, as well as invitations from the gallery Director to meet selected artists and curators (subject to availability), and other invitations and benefits according to our exhibitions programme.
