PORTRAIT OF THE STADE

Photography workshop

9am–12noon
£45

Join photographer John Cole for a practical photography workshop capturing the essence of The Stade, home to our historic beach-launched fishing fleet.

Participants will use photography to create an overall portrait of The Stade, guided by the expert eye of John Cole, who has been photographing the Hastings fishing fleet for 30 years.

John will meet participants in front of the gallery at 9am, before leading an exploration of The Stade during which the photoshoot will take place, before returning to the gallery for an editing and feedback session in the studio.

Participants will need to bring their own digital camera compact or SLR.

All sales are final, we are unable to offer refunds.

This event is part of The Sun Feeds the Wind public programme, made possible with The National Lottery Heritage Fund. Using money raised by National Lottery players, The National Lottery Heritage Fund supports projects that connect people and communities with the UK’s heritage.
