SUMMER SOLSTICE SOUND BATH

6pm–7pm
£20 / £18 members

The summer solstice is a celebration of the sun at its highest point – a peak of light, vitality, and abundance. It is a time to honour the sun within ourselves, acknowledging our personal growth and the radiant energy we bring to the world.

Join us for this unique 60-minute gong journey meditation on the longest day of the year with local Sound Practitioner and Yogini Tam Klien.

Expect to be bathed in the symphony of gongs as Tam takes you on a transformative meditation. During the session, brainwaves are altered by the resonant sounds to a state where self-healing can take place, unravelling blockages and restoring balance to mind and body. A place to celebrate your vibrance and reset as we honour the turning of the wheel.

Open to everyone and requires no previous experience.

Preparation: Please arrive 10 minutes before start time to settle in. Please avoid caffeine a couple of hours prior and alcohol on the day of the session. Wear comfortable, light clothes and bring extra layers (socks/blanket) as body temperatures can still drop during deep meditative states.

Bring your own yoga mat, blanket and pillow.  Feel free to bring your own crystals to cleanse and charge with the potent solstice energy and healing sounds.

Safety: Not suitable for anyone suffering from epilepsy, in the first trimester of pregnancy, or carrying a pacemaker unless discussed with a health professional and you’re happy to attend at your own risk. Please notify us ahead of booking on hello@tam.studio.
