Join fishmonger Sonny Elliot of Rock-a-Nore Fisheries and retired fishmonger Tush Hamilton to learn about the centuries old practice of fish smoking in Hastings.
This is a rare opportunity to meet these local legends, have your questions answered, and taste Sonny’s famous oak smoked fish!
