Create expressive, handwritten images using words as inspiration and material in this experimental drawing workshop with artist Anne-Marie Watson.
The session will include quiet contemplative mindfulness, slow attention, embodied mark-making, and intuitive composition. No drawing experience is required, only curiosity and a willingness to let words repeat and flow across the page. We will spend time reflecting on what different words mean drawing on memories, values and themes in the current exhibition.
