For Sussex Craft Week, discover the rich heritage of fish smoking in Hastings.
In this special talk and tasting, fishmonger Sonny Elliot of Rock-a-Nore Fisheries and retired fishmonger Tush Hamilton will share stories, skills, and traditions passed down through generations of the Hastings fishing community.
This is a rare opportunity to meet these local legends, have your questions answered, and taste Sonny’s famous oak-smoked fish!
