HARVEST MOON SOUND BATH

Invite calm and clarity with a relaxing Sound Bath under the Full Harvest Moon.
Led by Elena Blank of Electric Blue Alchemy, this immersive session invites participants to attune to the pure harmonic tones of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls and sink into deep states of rest and gentle release. The harmonic frequencies of the bowls support balance in the nervous system, softening of stored tension, and opening of inner space where intuition and creativity can naturally arise.
What to Expect
A 60-minute sound bath session with a selection of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, and additional complementary instruments such as rainsticks, tuning forks, koshi chimes, flute, and voice woven into the experience.
On arrival, participants are invited to roll out a mat, settle into the space in their own time, and come to rest either lying down or seated. The session begins with a brief check-in with body and breath, easing the nervous system into regulation before the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls sound through the space.
Each session concludes with time for rest and integration.
What to Bring
• Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• Blanket, cushion and eye pillow for warmth and support
• Bottled water
• Wear comfortable, warm clothing
Pre-existing health conditions
Sound Baths are generally safe for most people, but they are not recommended for:
• Anyone in the first trimester of pregnancy
• People with sound-induced epilepsy
• People with severe / clinical mental health conditions
• People with a severe heart condition or with electrical implants in the body, like a pacemaker

About your facilitator
Elena Blank is a Sound Alchemist and Certified Sound Healing Practitioner. Elena works with Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls by Crystal Tones and became a certified Sound Healing Practitioner in 2022. Drawn to this transformative practice through her own search for well-being, emotional balance, and spiritual growth, she now shares it as a tool for both individual and collective healing.
