All memberships were extended by at least five months by way of compensation for our periods of closure during the COVID-19 pandemic. To check your renewal date, please email membership@hastingscontemporary.org. If you pay by direct debit, your payment date may have been changed to reflect your extended renewal date. You will always be notified of any changes to your direct debit payment date or amount.

Thank you for continuing to be part of Hastings Contemporary – your support is more crucial than ever.

WHY DON’T YOU ISSUE COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS TO MEMBERS? Because of our charitable status and Gift Aid rules, we no longer issue complimentary tickets on purchase or renewal of memberships.

YOU DIDN’T REMIND ME THAT MY DIRECT DEBIT WAS GOING TO BE TAKEN Due to limited staff capacity, we no longer remind members who pay by direct debit of each annual payment. You can always check your payment date with us by emailing membership@hastingscontemporary.org, or directly with your bank. We will never change your direct debit payment date or amount without notifying you first.

I HAVEN’T BEEN RECEIVING MEMBERSHIP EMAILS
Please contact us at membership@hastingscontemporary.org with the email address you want to use. Follow us on social media for regular updates, news and notifications. Our new membership database allows both members with a joint subscription to receive emails – so if only one of you receives emails at present, please send the second email address to membership@hastingscontemporary.org

YOU TOOK MY DIRECT DEBIT IN ERROR
If you have any issues with your direct debit, please contact membership@hastingscontemporary.org immediately.

WHY CAN’T I PAY BY DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD ONLINE?
We are in the process of enabling one-off card payments through the website.
