Family Days take place on Thursdays during the school holidays. Spend the day taking part in activities designed to help you explore our exhibitions. They include a drop-in creative activity in our studio run by a local artist, as well as guided and self-guided activities throughout the gallery.

This February half term, come and play with colour and composition, and get inspired by our current exhibition, Roland Hicks: The Fourth Wall. We will be creating abstract collages using cardboard packaging to discover new forms out of familiar household materials, and assembling 3D sculptures using wooden panels and blocks.

Children go free and there’s no need to book – just turn up and enjoy!
